5種洗頭方式反而“洗”來疾病


 

 ✿ 一忌:洗頭時用指甲撓頭皮
指甲中有許多細菌,一旦嬌嫩的頭皮被抓破,容易誘發感染。抹洗髮水時要用指腹輕輕推頭皮,既去污又活血。

✿ 二忌:護髮素塗在髮根
由於洗髮時頭髮毛囊打開,護髮素涂在髮根上,其中的化學物質容易滲入並堵塞毛囊。建議先理順頭髮,沿耳朵附近往髮尖方向塗抹發梢,一定不要讓護髮素碰到頭皮。

✿ 三忌:濕著頭髮睡覺
頭髮濕的時候毛鱗片張開,此時頭髮很嬌弱,不耐摩擦。如果在頭髮半濕半幹的狀態下睡覺,會導致角質層變薄,令頭髮變得乾燥。

✿ 四忌:不梳頭直接洗
“皮之不存毛將焉附”,頭皮對於頭髮來說非常重要。洗頭前,先用蘸濕的梳子梳頭,令附著頭皮的污垢和灰塵浮于表面,才能同時洗凈頭皮和頭髮。為避免傷到頭皮,建議使用寬齒縫、圓頭的梳子。

✿ 五忌:洗完頭馬上外出
研究發現,頭髮受到的紫外線輻射量是臉部的兩倍以上,紫外線會令毛鱗片變薄、剝落,洗完頭馬上外出,紫外線容易導致斷發、分叉。若外出,最好撐傘或戴頂帽子防紫外線。

晚餐太晚吃,增加中風風險


現代人過勞,常常吃完晚餐就已接近睡覺時間。
但最新研究提醒,這樣不僅容易胖,還可能增加中風風險。

一項發表在2011年歐洲心臟學會年會的研究顯示,晚餐後至少1小時再睡可以減少約三分之二的中風風險,每多等20分鐘,中風風險再降10%。

這項研究找來500位健康的受試者,但其中250位曾經中風過,另外250位則有急性冠狀動脈症候群,請他們填寫問卷,內容包括睡眠型態與飲食習慣。

研究者將問卷結果對照受試者的健康狀況後發現,比起吃完飯後一小時內就寢的人,睡覺時間與吃飯間隔60~70分鐘的人,發生中風的機率降低了66%;而間隔70分鐘~2小時的人,則降低了76%。

研究者的解釋是,從過去累積的研究也發現,如果睡覺時間太靠近用餐時間,容易造成胃食道逆流,而這與睡眠呼吸中止症有關;睡眠呼吸中止症正好是中風的風險因子之一。

美國心臟專科學院院長、梅約醫學中心臨床醫學院教授荷姆斯(David Holmes)有另一套說法:吃飯時,血糖、膽固醇、血流都在改變,而這些短暫的改變都會影響中風的風險。他也認為,吃飯與睡覺的時間間隔這個因子值得更深入研究,是否對身體健康有其他影響。

當然,並不是希望你因此延後睡眠時間,而是提醒你儘量提早吃飯,以拉長吃飯與睡眠的間隔。

养生药膳绿茶蛋



材料
A.鸡蛋6颗,绿茶茶叶1杯,棉布袋1个,冰块20颗,
B.肉桂10公克,党参10公克,黄耆15公克,红枣5颗,八角
3粒,甘草10公克,蔘鬚10公克,酱油2大匙,盐1大匙,冰糖1大匙

做法
1.取一盆水以海绵布轻轻将鸡蛋外壳洗净;取出棉布袋将所有材料B入袋收口绑好为卤包备用。

2.取一玻璃锅,注入水(水量以能盖过鸡蛋原则),放入卤包一起煮至卤汁滚沸后,转小火续煮约20分钟,再加入所有调味料、作法1的鸡蛋煮约3分钟后用汤匙轻轻敲裂蛋壳,再加入绿茶茶叶以小火续煮20分钟,熄火将蛋浸泡一下至上色。

3.加入冰块于法2中,待冷却后再开火煮至滚沸,转小火续煮约20分钟后熄火,将茶叶捞出,蛋仍浸泡在卤汁中至入味即可。
